Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following, please read carefully:
Payment
✴︎ Prices shown are starting prices, Prices will vary depending on complexity, quotes will be provided.
✴︎ Must be paid upfront via PayPal.
✴︎ Refunds are allowed only before I have sent you the sketch of your commission. No payment will be refunded after this stage.
✴︎ BUT, if I have to cancel the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
✴︎ All commissions, unless stated otherwise, are for private use. Please contact me so I can refer you to my agent.
✴︎ All prices are in USD.
Commission Procedure
✴︎ Use the Google Sign-up sheet to request a commission slot, which I will then either DM or email you about.
✴︎ Depending on availability, you may be contacted immediately or waitlisted.
✴︎ Upon request, I can let you know where you are in the waitlist.
✴︎ We can then talk specifics about commission, like the references you included in the Google Sign-up sheet.
✴︎ Once the price is arranged, you will receive an invoice from me, and work on your commission can begin after I receive the payment.
✴︎ Through each stage, I will send you an updated drawing (sketch, line and flats, render).
✴︎ I will then send you an email with your HD commission!
General Info
✴︎ Large changes must be made within the sketching/thumbnail phase(e.g pose, complete outfit changes), after which a few small changes can be made on the finished piece (e.g color, expression, minor clothing). Any large changes after the sketch phase will incur additional fees.
✴︎ The piece can take anywhere from a week to 3 months, depending on complexity, quantity, and other commissions in the works. If there is a deadline, let me know in advance.
✴︎ Commissions with deadlines within 10 days of payment will incur a rush fee of 50% (if the commission is especially detailed, the rush fee may increase).
✴︎ The final drawing cannot be heavily edited without permission, or used to benefit AI, NFT, or Crypto.
✴︎ My watermark will be placed somewhere on the commission, please leave it unless you'd like it moved somewhere else!
✴︎ You can post the final work with the proper credits! I retain copyright to the drawing.
✴︎ You may print your commission or otherwise use it (e.g profile picture) for non-commercial purposes only.
✴︎ I reserve the right to refuse a request for any reason (don't take this personally, but there are things that I am uncomfortable drawing).

✔ Portraits (Person, pet, or both)
✔ Ships
✔ Sequential art
✔ Fanart
✔ Suggestive, artistic/non-sexual nudity (please ask ahead of time!)
✔ Mild gore (blood, wounds, monster attacks, etc.)
✔ Probably more, just run it by me!
I Will Not Draw
✖ Heavy NSFW
✖ Political, hateful, or harmful content
✖ Heavy mecha
✖ Intense, detailed gore
✖ Anything I am uncomfortable with
